Prices

All prices are for 7 nights per apartment, not per person.

Low Season

• January - June - £150
• September - December - £150
• Additional Nights - Please contact us should you require any additional nights

High Season

• July and August - £200
• Additional Nights - Please contact us should you require any additional nights

Notes

• Booked weeks containing low and high season dates will be charged at the higher rate.
• £100 security deposit payable on all bookings to be returned on receipt of keys and satisfactory apartment inspection (normally within 10 days of your return).
• Use of the air conditioning is charged at £10 per week
• Hire of the safety deposit box is £10 per week

Payment Details

To secure your holiday you are required to pay 30% of the total cost within 10 days of the date of the confirmation letter. The outstanding balance will be due six weeks prior to departure.

If we do not receive your deposit within ten days, we cannot guarantee your booking. Failure to pay the full amount six weeks prior to your departure date will result in the cancellation of your booking and non refund of any monies paid to date. Last minute bookings made within six weeks are to be paid in full at the time of the booking.

Long Term Lets

Please contact us if you are interested in letting one of our unfurnished apartments on a long term basis or one of our furnished apartments over the winter period.
