Altinkum

The name Altinkum literally means "golden sands". There are three beaches to choose from in the area, with plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun and enjoy the warm Aegean sea.

Activities for the more energetic include windsurfing, jet-skiing and scuba diving. Along the length of the beach is a promenade beyond which are numerous bars, restaurants and shops.

A stay in Altinkum also gives the opportunity to explore the historical side of Turkey, with the Temple of Apollo, the ancient city of Ephesus and the spectacular landscapes of Pamukkale all within easy reach.

The local Turkish people are friendly and welcoming and many speak very good English.
